Roberta Skeryte, PTA

A graduate from Bay State College with Honors, Roberta joined Beantown Physio at its location in West Roxbury as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2016. Roberta also holds a Massage Therapist License in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, an extremely valuable asset for treatments in an outpatient setting. A native of Lithuania, Roberta began her professional career on the path to becoming an attorney. She received a Bachelor of Humanities degree in Law and Administration from Mykolos Romeris University, continuing on with her education to subsequently receive a Masters Degree in Civil Law. When she realized that her passions were in healing the human body, Roberta changed the direction of her professional career to encompass that desire. Roberta firmly believes that a caring and knowledgeable clinician is the key to a patient's successful recovery, while restoring and improving their functional and recreational performance. Roberta has a particular interest in manual therapy and strength training, and she is now training as a powerlifter. When Roberta is not treating patients or powerlifting, she enjoys playing piano and taking day trips to explore the beauty of New England.
